Problem Statment
The existing Chrome River Expense platform was outdated and limited to desktop use, restricting its accessibility and efficiency for modern users. Business travelers and remote employees needed a more flexible solution to manage expenses seamlessly, regardless of location or device. This gap in functionality and user experience hindered productivity and user satisfaction, necessitating a redesign to meet contemporary needs.

Product Solution
I designed a responsive platform compatible with both desktop and mobile, ensuring seamless accessibility across devices. The GUI was redesigned to modernize aesthetics, improve usability, and align with contemporary design standards, delivering a streamlined and visually appealing user experience.
User Journey
Through user interviews, we identified key user actions within the app, revealing two primary workflows: one for expense owners and another for approvers.
Using the gathered data, I started creating rough wireframes and mapping out the user flow architecture.
