LA Showroom is a B2B wholesale e-commerce platform for the fashion industry. Led a full platform redesign, implementing a scalable design system and responsive layouts across all screens. Established brand guidelines to unify product and marketing touchpoints.

Challenge

The platform lacked a structured design system, leading to inconsistent experiences and non-responsive layouts across devices. Limited functionality and missing critical e-commerce features, including color previews and reviews, created friction for users and reduced overall competitiveness.

Results

By implementing a scalable design system, we created a cohesive and consistent experience across all screens and delivered full responsiveness across devices. User interviews informed enhancements to the admin management workflow and the addition of critical feature upgrades. We also expanded marketing pages in alignment with the refreshed brand guidelines to strengthen brand presence.

Conclusion

Delivered a fully responsive platform across web, iOS, and Android devices. Introduced enhanced admin management and color preview features, improving the product’s competitive position. The redesign and feature upgrades drove a 25% increase in revenue and a 10% increase in new client onboarding.
